How does the Cobb AccessPort E-Tuning process work?

Our E-Tuning process starts with order an appropriate E-Tune or E-Tune Package for your car.

From there, you will your request your tune using the appropriate option under the "Request Tuning" tab above.

You will fill out the tuning form with your order number and all the needed information about your setup so we can build your tune.

As soon as you complete the form, you will see some automated emails come over to you. These emails will explain the process in further detail.

Our automated process handle these steps when the form is completed:

  • Creates a ticket in our Zendesk ticket to track your progress and handle all communication for your tuning

  • Creates a Google Drive folder where you can find your tune files and a logger setup config file

  • Creates a Datalogs folder in your Google Drive folder when you will upload your datalogs for review

  • Sends you all the needed flashing and logging instructions for your tuning

From here, all you have to do is follow the instructions in the ticket emails. When requested, you will upload datalogs to the Datalogs folder in your Google Drive folder

A different automated process watches your folder for new tune files and new datalog files and will update to your ticket to let you know when we've created a new tune file for you or when we have recived a datalog from you for review. There is no need to manually check or tell us you have sent a log.

What is the total Chicago Dyno Tune approximate cost?
